The New York Knicks lost to the San Antonio Spurs 115-111 in Game 3 of the 2026 NBA Finals on Monday night at Madison Square Garden, ending the Knicks' 13-game playoff win streak. New York fans had waited since 1999 to see an NBA Finals game at the arena. The Knicks had won the first two games on the road in San Antonio.

Jalen Brunson scored a team-high 32 points on 11-of-25 shooting. Karl-Anthony Towns finished with 11 points on 4-of-10 shooting, his lowest total of the series. OG Anunoby scored 28 points on 9-of-13 shooting, and Josh Hart added 16 points.

"I think the Knicks are reverting back to the way they played too much Brunson [centric]," Charles Barkley said after the game. "When they were blowing out teams, they were getting [Karl-Anthony Towns] involved more. " The Knicks lead the series 2-1.

M. ET. After the game, Knicks fans violently beat a Spurs fan and burned his jersey.
