Starbucks Introduces Energy Refreshers and Mango Strawberry Options Nationwide on April 7

Starbucks began offering Energy Refreshers at locations across the United States on April 7. These drinks incorporate a blend of vitamin B and caffeine into the company's existing Refresher beverages, which include Strawberry Acai and Mango Dragonfruit flavors. The Energy Refreshers maintain the same flavor profiles as the standard versions.

All Refresher drinks, including the new Energy variants, can be prepared without caffeine upon request, according to a Starbucks news release dated April 6. The caffeine content in Energy Refreshers varies by size: a tall size contains 100 mg, grande has 125 mg, venti includes 150 mg, and trenta has 175 mg.

Standard Refreshers have lower levels: 25 mg for tall, 50 mg for grande, 75 mg for venti, and 100 mg for trenta.

This new option comes in classic form, as a lemonade version, and with coconut milk. Corresponding Energy Refresher versions of the Mango Strawberry are also available. Other mango-flavored items joined the menu on the same date.

Customers can add mango cold foam or mango syrup to beverages, including a new Iced Mango Cream Matcha that combines matcha powder with mango-flavored cold foam. An Iced Mango Cream Chai pairs a chai latte with mango cold foam.

Returning items include the Iced Lavender Cream Matcha, Iced Lavender Latte, and Lavender Creme Frappuccino, alongside a new Frog Cake Pop. The menu also includes an updated chai recipe with cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger, sweetened with two grams of honey per serving. The new chai recipe allows customization, such as ordering it unsweetened or adding pumps of classic syrup for sweetness.
