Selected startups receive a funded exhibition booth, free team passes, pitch training, and masterclasses with venture capitalists. Each company also gains a profile in the event app and opportunities for TechCrunch editorial coverage. Every selected startup pitches on either the Disrupt Stage or the Pitch Showcase Stage.
Both stages place founders in front of investors, media, and partners attending the conference.
Applicants must have a functional minimum viable product, a product demo, and evidence of market potential. Most selected companies are pre-Series A, though some Series A startups may qualify on a case-by-case basis. More than 1,700 companies have competed in prior editions.
Alumni have raised over $32 billion and recorded more than 250 exits, including acquisitions by Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, Uber, and Amazon.
Applications are open globally across all industries.
Founders or nominators must complete submissions before the May 27 deadline to be considered for the 200 available slots.
