The U.S. State Department has announced the release of limited-edition passports to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the United States' Declaration of Independence. These passports feature an image of President Donald Trump on the inside cover, surrounded by text from the declaration and the president's signature in gold.

The design maintains standard security features while incorporating customized artwork and enhanced imagery.

The passports are set to launch around July 4, coinciding with anniversary celebrations. They will be available to U.S. citizens applying for or renewing passports, subject to availability. A State Department spokesperson confirmed that only a limited number will be produced.
