Steven McBee Jr. , will be released from FPC Yankton in South Dakota on Sept. 11, nypost.com reported. The 54-year-old will have served less than one year of his 24-month sentence. , 32, told Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” that his father is under 60 days from release.
“He’s doing great. He’s ready to get home, ready to see the grandbabies, and ready to cook us some dinners,” he said. Steve McBee Sr. pleaded guilty to one count of crop insurance fraud in 2024. He was sentenced in October 2025 and ordered to pay more than $4 million in restitution.
He self-surrendered to the South Dakota facility on Dec. 1, 2025. McBee Jr. said his father has been watching Season 3 of “The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys” from prison and remains in a relationship with Masha Petrova.
