The Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center held its board meeting in London on June 17, 2026, during London International Disputes Week. The organization appointed David McIlwaine, a partner at Pinsent Masons, as membership chair.
McIlwaine will lead efforts to broaden SVAMC's membership and strengthen ties with practitioners in international arbitration centers. "Artificial intelligence is changing how businesses operate, how contracts are negotiated, and increasingly how disputes arise and are resolved," said a SVAMC representative.
