Target will open 11 stores on July 26 in 10 states as part of its 2026 expansion plan, Usa Today reported. The locations include addresses in Mesa, Arizona; Perris, California; Firestone, Colorado; Orlando, Florida; Frankfort, Kentucky; Springfield, Massachusetts; Seneca, South Carolina; Brookings, South Dakota; Forney and Aubrey, Texas; and Logan, Utah.
The retailer confirmed its 2026 store-opening plans to Usa Today on January 8.
Each new store is designed to deliver Target’s elevated guest experience and differentiated style, design and value while strengthening local communities through good-paying jobs, according to the company. Target plans to open more than 300 stores over the next decade.
Adrienne Costanzo, Target’s Chief Stores Officer, said in a news release that the commitment to new stores is about showing up for guests and communities and begins with store team members.
