A team signed Tarik Biberovic on Friday, completing a six-team trade that also brings Santi Aldama and Marcus Sasser to the roster. The move ends an eight-year professional career in Turkey for the 25-year-old native of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Biberovic was selected by another team in the second round of the 2023 draft.
Trade details Aldama was acquired from the same team as Biberovic in the deal that also involved three other teams. Aldama averaged 10.4 points and 5.4 rebounds per game over five seasons. Sasser, a native of the city where the team is based, averaged 7.0 points and 2.7 assists over three seasons with another team. He played four years of college basketball before entering the league.
Additional roster moves Another player acquired earlier in the year was sent to a different team as part of the six-team transaction. The team also traded a guard, a first-round pick, and a second-round pick to complete the deal.
