The trailer is 30 seconds long and includes the slogan 'I scream. You scream. We all scream for Ice Cream Man'. It shows a group of children looming over sleeping parents, making snow angels in a pool of blood, and holding down a woman as one of them takes a bat to her stomach.
'Ice Cream Man' is directed by Eli Roth. The film is set in the town of Bayleen Bay. Ari Millen stars as the ice cream man.
The cast includes Benjamin Byron Davis, who appeared in 'Guardians of the Galaxy 3'; Dylan Hawco, who appeared in 'Heartland'; Kiori Mirza Waldman; Charlie Zeltzer, who appeared in 'The Handmaid’s Tale'; Sarah Abbott, who appeared in Netflix’s 'The Body'; Karen Cliche, who appeared in Eli Roth’s film 'Thanksgiving'; Shiloh O’Reilly, who appeared in Eli Roth’s film 'Thanksgiving'; and Charlie Storey, who appeared in Eli Roth’s film 'Thanksgiving'.
Eli Roth will produce 'Ice Cream Man' and co-write the script with Noah Belson. The film is Eli Roth’s first under The Horror Section’s banner. The Horror Section launched in March 2025.
'Ice Cream Man' will be released on August 7 in 2,000 North American venues.
Snoop Dogg will contribute original music to the film. Nas will serve as executive producer through The Horror Section’s partnership with Mass Appeal.
