Tel Aviv pediatrician charged with indecent acts against clinic employee

A 74-year-old pediatrician at a Clalit Health Services clinic in Tel Aviv has been charged with indecent acts and indecent acts by force, according to an indictment filed this week in the Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court. The indictment alleges the doctor repeatedly touched, kissed, and physically restrained a female employee against her will over several months.

Some incidents involved the use of force, including pushing the employee toward an examination table and lifting her clothing.

Alleged incidents The employee began working at the clinic in 2025.

The indictment states the conduct began with unwanted touching of her head, shoulders, face, and back. It later escalated to kissing on the neck and face, hugging, and placing her hand on his genitals over his clothing. In one incident on January 29, 2025, the doctor allegedly closed the office door, pushed the employee toward the examination table, touched her beneath her bra, and continued despite her repeated requests to stop.

In another incident shortly before Purim 2025, he allegedly pinned her against a wall, lifted her shirt and bra, and touched her breasts and genital area over her clothing. The indictment states the doctor ignored the employee’s resistance and attempts to free herself.

On one occasion the clinic manager entered the office during an alleged incident.

Court filing Attorney Sharon Har Zion of the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office filed the indictment. The State Attorney’s Office alleges the acts were committed repeatedly and without the complainant’s free consent, some involving force for the purpose of sexual arousal, gratification, or humiliation.
