Aday Mara scored two points on free throws in 25 minutes during his NBA Summer League debut on July 10 as the Oklahoma City Thunder lost to the Los Angeles Lakers 84-96. The 7-foot-3 center recorded seven rebounds, two blocks and three turnovers while shooting 0-for-the-field. Mara's first points came late in the second quarter after a non-shooting foul.
He had two early shots blocked and later threw a behind-the-back pass out of bounds on an offensive rebound. The Thunder selected Mara with the No. 12 pick in the June 2026 draft. They also chose Bennett Stirtz at No.
