Detroit Tigers All-Star catcher Dillon Dingler left Wednesday's game against the Athletics with an injured right hand after a foul tip from Jacob Wilson's bat struck him in the second inning, ESPN reported. Dingler remained in the game briefly following a lengthy consultation with the team's athletic training staff before exiting.
