Till stops Chalmers in second round of BKFC debut

Darren Till defeated Aaron Chalmers by second-round stoppage in his BKFC debut on May 30, 2026. Till was knocked down in the first round before recovering to end the bout early in round two. BKFC president David Feldman addressed the performance at the post-fight press conference.

Feldman said the knockdown allowed observers to see Till's response under pressure. "It was actually really refreshing to see him get dropped and get off the deck and to see what he was made of," Feldman told the media. " Feldman added that Till showed composure after the knockdown.

He said Till rose without appearing wobbled and later landed a decisive left hand. Feldman stated that Till demonstrated he is suited to the sport and could become a prominent figure in the promotion. He noted that future opponents may study the first round for tactical adjustments.
