Total Wireless sells three unlimited prepaid plans that run on Verizon's 5G network. All plans include unlimited talk, text, and data with no contracts required.
The entry-level Total Base 5G Unlimited plan costs $40 per line and provides 5 GB of hotspot data. It allows calls to more than 85 countries and texting to more than 200 countries, plus roaming in Canada and Mexico. It adds calls to 180 countries, roaming in Canada, Mexico, and more than 30 additional countries, a free fourth line, and six months of Disney+ Premium.
It includes the same international roaming as the mid-tier plan, a $10 monthly long-distance credit for calls to more than 120 countries, a free fourth line, and ongoing Disney+ Premium while the customer remains on the plan.
Wireless also sells separate hotspot and tablet plans on the same Verizon 5G network. Hotspot plans start at $30 per month for 15 GB, while tablet plans start at $50 per month for unlimited data. Current promotions include the iPhone 13 for $50 with a three-month All Access plan and up to $250 off select smartphones when switching carriers.
Customers who bring their own phone can obtain a five-year price lock on the Base plan.
Wireless is owned by Verizon and uses its network towers. Phones purchased from Total Wireless are locked to Verizon and require a minimum service period before unlocking; early unlocking carries a $300 fee.
