Turtle Beach released the Stealth Pro 2 gaming headset on a date shortly before May 16, 2026. The device carries a $349 price tag and includes wireless hi-res audio support.
The Stealth Pro 2 uses an AirPods Max-inspired headband with aluminum detailing around the ear cups. 4GHz and Bluetooth audio at the same time. 7Wh batteries and a hard case. On-device controls allow users to cycle through equalizers and adjust USB source, Bluetooth volume, and game/chat mix levels independently.
SteelSeries released the Arctis Nova Pro Omni on May 5, 2026, at a $399 price. The Omni features a multi-source GameHub base station that supports up to four wired audio sources and can mix three sources simultaneously. 5Wh batteries and offers a retractable boom mic.
Its software provides equalizer customization through a PC app. 4GHz. Testing on a Windows 11 PC showed no audible difference between the hi-res setting and the default 24-bit, 48kHz rate for the reviewer. The Stealth Pro 2 is $50 less than the Omni and includes more on-device controls.
The Omni provides stronger mids and highs along with better frequency separation according to the review.
