Five people were transferred to Samson Assuta Ashdod University Hospital and Kaplan Medical Center in Rehovot for further treatment. Three of those transferred, a 16-year-old girl, a 20-year-old woman, and a 17-year-old boy, sustained serious injuries.
Two of them remained unconscious while the third stayed conscious, Magen David Adom said. The remaining two people transferred to hospitals suffered light injuries.
Emergency response teams provided medical treatment at the scene while police officers collected evidence. Initial reports reached authorities around midnight and several rescue services were dispatched. The identity of the two deceased remains unknown, according to a statement from Israel Police.
