The U.K. Prime Minister resigned on Monday. The departure sets up the country for its seventh prime minister in just over a decade. Martin Farr, Senior Lecturer in Contemporary British History at Newcastle University, spoke with France 24's Mark Owen.
He said the frequency of changes at 10 Downing Street since the Brexit vote is very concerning. Farr added that the repeated turnover raises many more questions about whether Britain is indeed governable.
