Iran’s state-run television announced Saturday that funeral ceremonies for former Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei will take place between July 4 and 9 during Muharram. The ceremonies are expected to begin in Tehran, move to Qom, and end in Mashhad, where Khamenei will be buried at the Imam Reza Shrine.
