The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued recalls for multiple products sold on Amazon that it said pose risks of serious injury or death. The recalls cover household items, protective gear and children's toys. The agency reported that the products were sold over periods ranging from several months to nearly three years.

More than 300,000 EEMB lithium coin battery packs sold on Amazon from August 2023 to April 2026 are included. Officials said the packaging does not meet federal child-resistant requirements for coin batteries, which can cause internal burns or death if swallowed by children.

Consumers have been told to stop using the batteries immediately, keep them away from children and contact the company for a refund.

Portable bed rails sold on Amazon for about $32 between August 2023 and January 2026 have also been recalled. The agency said the rails can create gaps between the mattress and frame that present entrapment and asphyxiation hazards, while stability failures and faulty locking mechanisms increase the risk of falls.

Nearly 700 EVLWZL and Gunugu mattresses sold on Amazon, Walmart and Wayfair from October 2025 to March 2026 fail to meet federal flammability standards. Officials said the mattresses may not resist ignition and could pose a fire risk in homes. Instead of returning the mattresses, consumers are being offered a remedy kit that includes a protective cover to bring the products into compliance.

About 2,200 bike helmets sold on Amazon from April 2022 to January 2026 have been recalled because they do not meet impact and stability requirements. The agency said the helmets may not stay in place or provide adequate protection during a crash. Buyers have been instructed to stop using the helmets immediately, destroy them and submit proof to the company to receive a refund.

A rainbow-themed wall-mounted toy for young children sold on Amazon from December 2025 to March 2026 is also being recalled. The toy includes a detachable drumstick with a rounded end that violates federal safety rules designed to prevent choking. Only about 160 units were sold.

Officials are urging parents to keep the toy away from children, mark it as recalled and contact the company for a refund. In all five recalls the agency said no injuries have been reported. The CPSC added that the risks are severe enough to require immediate consumer action.

The agency advised consumers to check their homes for the affected products and follow the official recall instructions.
