U.S. and China Reach Agricultural and Aviation Trade Agreements
The White House stated that China agreed to purchase at least $17 billion in U.S. agricultural products annually through 2028. Additional commitments include renewed access for U.S. beef and poultry and an initial order for 200 Boeing aircraft.

The White House released a fact sheet on Sunday detailing trade commitments reached during President Trump's visit to Beijing last week. U.S. agricultural products each year in 2026, 2027, and 2028. The purchases are in addition to soybean commitments made in October 2025.
U.S. beef facilities and resumed imports of poultry from states certified free of highly pathogenic avian influenza by the USDA.
U.S. concerns over rare earth and critical mineral supply restrictions, including yttrium, scandium, neodymium, and indium. China approved an initial purchase of 200 American-made Boeing aircraft for Chinese airlines, the first such commitment since 2017.
U.S. and Chinese officials also agreed to establish a Board of Trade and a Board of Investment during the two-day summit. U.S. planes and farm goods and to reduce levies on a range of products. U.S. exports to levels near those reached after the Phase One trade agreement.
