President Trump will headline a defense technology summit at the U.S. Army War College. The event will bring together top military officials, defense company executives, and investors from Palantir, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, JPMorgan, and Blackstone.
Trump has proposed a $1.5 trillion defense budget for 2027. The measure remains stalled in Congress. Expanding missile production would still require years even with higher spending. The Pentagon can allocate more funds but cannot manufacture additional time, one assessment stated.
