The new rate of 59p per kWh will remain in effect through September 30, 2026. The operator said the cut equals a 20p saving per kilowatt-hour and will save drivers roughly £6 on a typical charge.
The offer covers the entire MFG EV Power network and requires no subscription or connection fee.
Network reach and speeds MFG operates more than 2,000 charging bays at almost 600 locations, including nearly 300 Morrisons supermarkets and various retail and restaurant sites. Its chargers deliver power at 150 kW, 300 kW, or up to 400 kW, adding up to 100 miles of range in about 10 minutes.
Drivers can pay by contactless card or through the MFG app. The company stated the lower rate applies to any summer travel, whether for holidays or commuting.
