Ukraine Sells Drone Equipment and Advice to Middle East Allies

Ukraine is exporting drone equipment, providing technical advice, and setting up joint production lines with countries in the Middle East. The transfers come more than four years after Russia began its full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian drones have become the leading cause of military and civilian deaths during the conflict.

For each Russian drone advance, including first-person-view models, jet-powered designs, and fiber-optic tethers, Ukrainian forces have developed responses. These adaptations now form the basis of the equipment and guidance being offered abroad. The sales target nations that have faced drone strikes, including Israel, Persian Gulf states, and U.S. forces in the region.

Ukraine continues to refine its drone technology while expanding these export arrangements.
