Ukrainian drones flew roughly 1,000 kilometers to reach naval arsenals and a base in Kronstadt near St. Petersburg, officials stated. The same operation extended about 500 kilometers into the Krasnodar region and struck an oil depot. Officials said the strikes demonstrate that sanctions against the aggression are working.

They added that the attacks targeted military facilities and energy storage sites.

Background on the Strikes The Kronstadt base houses naval assets, while the Krasnodar oil depot stores fuel supplies. Both locations sit well inside Russian territory. No casualty figures or damage assessments have been released by either side.
