Paramedics met the aircraft at the gate and State Police also responded. The passenger was alert and conscious and was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, a State Police spokesperson said. The flight had departed from Frankfurt Airport in Germany and was traveling to George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Texas.
The flight is scheduled to depart for Houston later this evening, United said. No further information was available Tuesday evening.
