The White House has not released a summary of the results from President Trump's physical examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on Tuesday. " A White House official said to expect a readout in the next day or so. The White House has not stated whether or when a formal summary will be issued.

It also declined to comment on whether President Trump, who turns 80 next month, will continue biannual physicals.

President Trump previously received checkups at Walter Reed in April and October of last year. This week's visit included routine annual dental and medical assessments, according to an earlier White House statement. In October, White House physician Barbabella described the president's physical health as excellent and stated that his cardiac age was approximately 14 years younger than his chronological age.

In July, Barbabella reported that President Trump had been diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency after swelling was observed in his ankles. The same memo attributed visible hand discoloration to bruising from aspirin use and frequent handshaking.

In December, the White House said the president had undergone advanced imaging of his abdomen and cardiovascular system for preventative reasons.
