They spoke to Page Six about the adjustments they made over the decades. Bartlett, who will turn 97 next month, said life requires constant adjustment.
She described how the couple briefly tried an open marriage shortly after their wedding but decided it did not suit them. Daniels, who turned 99 in March, joined the conversation via Zoom.
Daniels offered brief advice when asked what he tells other couples. " before his wife clarified that he was joking. Bartlett added that Daniels makes her laugh every day. The couple has two living sons, Michael Daniels, 62, and Robert Daniels, 60. Michael lives nearby and assists them.
They also sell signed memorabilia and record Cameo videos for fans. Bartlett noted that Daniels has trouble hearing and walking but remains happy. She said she has not forgotten the things he has forgotten.
