EngadgetX is allocating $1 million to reward creators who livestream on the platform in the upcoming cycle, Engadget reported. The company simultaneously launched Live Studio, a livestreaming command center inside Creator Studio. Live Studio lets creators create a new stream, add a title, upload a thumbnail, and schedule the start time for a specific hour on a chosen day.
Users can restrict access to verified accounts, accounts the creator follows, subscribers, or everyone on X. The interface also displays viewer comments, concurrent viewer count, viewer countries, and viewer devices. Live streaming on X requires an X Premium subscription that costs $3 per month.
