He noted that online penetration of corporate travel in India remains below 25 percent in the managed business travel segment. Sharan said the company achieved a customer retention rate of almost 97 percent. He added that air passenger volumes and hotel room nights exceeded industry growth rates.
Sharan stated that geopolitical disruptions affected MICE and international travel in the fourth quarter. Several Q4 bookings were cancelled or deferred into fiscal 2027. Sharan said the company expects recovery momentum to strengthen in the second half of the next fiscal year.
He cited government focus on domestic tourism and infrastructure improvements in rail, aviation, and highways as supportive factors. Sharan said Yatra has enhanced its API infrastructure and migrated to the Google Cloud platform to distribute hotel content.
