New York voters will go to the polls on Tuesday, June 23, for Democratic primaries in several congressional districts.
City races In the 12th Congressional District, four candidates are competing to succeed Nadler. State Assemblyman Micah Lasher has received Nadler's endorsement and support from former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Assemblyman Alex Bores has focused on artificial intelligence regulation.
Jack Schlossberg, grandson of former President John F. Kennedy, and George Conway III, a former Republican, are also running. Lander has criticized Goldman's positions on Israel and received an endorsement from Mayor Zohran Mamdani. In the 7th Congressional District, Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso and Assemblywoman Claire Valdez are competing to replace Velázquez.
Valdez is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America and has received support from Mamdani.
Army veteran Cait Conley and local legislator Beth Davidson are among the candidates in that Democratic primary. Businessman Anthony Constantino has received an endorsement from President Donald Trump.
