YouTuber Daniel Coleman Says Son Isaac Died After Cancer Diagnosis
Daniel Coleman, known online as Danny Go!, posted on social media that his 14-year-old son Isaac died Thursday, five months after a cancer diagnosis. The boy had been born with Fanconi anemia and previously received multiple transplants.

Coleman stated that Isaac was born with Fanconi anemia, a rare genetic disorder that impairs DNA repair and raises the risk of bone marrow failure and cancer.
The boy had already undergone kidney and bone marrow transplants before age 11.
December, Coleman reported that Isaac received a cancer diagnosis in his mouth and underwent an eight-hour surgery to remove the tumor. A February update stated the cancer had reached stage 3, and Coleman canceled his 2026 live show tour to focus on his son’s care.

He required early surgeries for a brain shunt and colostomy and was awaiting a bone marrow transplant by age three. Coleman launched the Danny Go! channel in 2019, producing music videos that have drawn more than four million subscribers.
He has used the platform to promote organ donation and bone marrow registry participation. Coleman and his wife Mindy also have a 10-year-old son named Levi.
