Ben Schneider, the YouTube creator also known as Reckless Ben, has signed with CAA for representation. The agreement comes as Schneider faces lawsuits and criminal misdemeanor charges tied to his investigation of a missing Lego Star Wars collection.
Schneider posted a May 21, 2026 video titled I Tracked Down the Thief Who Stole $200,000 of LEGO that has received 6.5 million views. A follow-up video titled I Got Arrested Investigating a LEGO Store documented his visit with a hidden camera to the Bricks & Minifigs corporate offices in December 2025.
The Utah-based resale company Bricks & Minifigs and Schneider are now involved in lawsuits and countersuits. Police charged Schneider with misdemeanor counts related to the December 2025 visit.
CAA described Schneider as a pioneer in independent investigative filmmaking whose work combines journalism, participation, humor, and real-world adventures. The agency noted that his videos on the Lego consignment case have generated 28 million views and widespread media attention.
