Baby Born Enclosed in Intact Amniotic Sac in Rare Occurrence

A baby was born completely enclosed in an intact amniotic sac, an event that occurs in about 1 in 80,000 births. Such births are more common during C-sections. In various European and Russian cultures, being born in the caul is considered a sign of good luck or special abilities.
