Ingersoll Rand CEO Vicente Reynal implemented a broad-based employee ownership plan in 2017 at Gardner Denver. The company merged with Ingersoll Rand's Industrial segment in 2020. Since 2017, enterprise value has grown more than eight times, according to Reynal.
