Liberia Bans Raw Rubber Exports to Address Processor Shortfalls
AllAfrica reported that data presented July 15 showed Liberia's six rubber processors need 36,600 metric tons monthly but receive only 14,000 tons. Executive Order No. 166 bans unprocessed rubber exports to support domestic processing.
