Tokyo Court Sentences Man to 16 Years for Stabbing Livestreamer
The Tokyo District Court sentenced Kenichi Takano to 16 years in prison for fatally stabbing Airi Sato on a street in the Takadanobaba district while she livestreamed. The March 2025 attack left Sato with 55 stab wounds.
