China Recovers Long March Booster on Ship at Sea, Second Nation After U.S.
China’s state-owned space company launched a Long March rocket on July 10, 2026, and recovered the booster on a recovery ship. The test makes China the second country to achieve seagoing booster recovery. CASC plans to reuse the booster by the end of 2026.
