Labour Bill Would Allow Regional Mayors to Levy Up to £300 on Overnight Stays

The Overnight Visitor Levy Bill, introduced in this month's King's Speech, would permit England's regional mayors to impose charges on domestic overnight accommodation. Ten of the fourteen regional mayors are considering or planning to introduce the levy.
