Oklahoma firm settles COVID vaccine mandate lawsuit for $4.25 million
A.G. Equipment Co. agreed to pay 43 former employees after they sued over a workplace requirement to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. The settlement also requires the company to update training on religious and disability accommodations.
