D.C. Officials to Charge Parents for Juvenile Delinquency Under Existing Law

U.S. Attorney for D.C. Jeanine Pirro announced that parents will face criminal charges under statute 22-811 for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The policy targets cases involving vehicle thefts, robberies, and teen takeovers that have increased in Washington, D.C.
