Brexton Busch won the Restrictor Micro division sprint car race at Port City Raceway in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on July 17. The 11-year-old started the event in 14th place and took the lead to finish first. Busch races in the 9-16 age division.
He recorded 48 wins across multiple disciplines in 2025. Kyle Busch, Brexton's father and a two-time NASCAR champion, died at age 41 from severe bacterial pneumonia that progressed into sepsis. The death occurred roughly two months before the July 17 race.
Samantha Busch, Brexton's mother, posted on Instagram after the race. She wrote: “This is his very first win since Kyle’s passing. There was a lot of emotions to say the very least.
