Wales internationals Carys Phillips, Lisa Neumann and Abbie Fleming will leave Harlequins at the end of the season. They are among 25 players departing the Premiership Women's Rugby club, which also includes England international Ellie Kildunne. Hooker Phillips joined Harlequins in November 2023 after the collapse of Worcester.
Wing Neumann arrived three months later from Gloucester-Hartpury and started regularly last season before struggling for impact this term. Lock Fleming joined in summer 2024 and became a mainstay in the pack before falling out of favour. The three players are part of wider summer movement among Wales internationals.
Bethan Lewis and Kelsey Jones have left Gloucester-Hartpury, with Lewis joining Bristol Bears. Alisha Joyce, Jasmine Joyce and Maise Davies have departed Bristol Bears, and the Joyce sisters will return to Wales to play in the Celtic Challenge next season.
