Advisors Name Defense Contractors in UAP Retrieval Discussions

Advisors to the Trump administration on unidentified aerial phenomena have named defense contractors they allege maintain programs to retrieve and study craft of unknown origin. Loeb added that analysis of even a small amount of material could determine whether it originated outside the solar system.

Puthoff, a former member of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, stated on the same podcast that Lockheed Martin had planned to transfer materials to the program between 2008 and 2012 before the effort was halted by the CIA’s Directorate of Science and Technology.

Luis Elizondo, who previously ran the program, testified before Congress that a craft of unknown origin was held at Lockheed facilities and was intended for transfer to a Navy facility in Maryland. The requests include records from a 1952 meeting in which a U.S. general reportedly briefed scientists on a mass sighting over Washington, D.C. Burlison further referenced Northrop Grumman in public posts and statements, suggesting the company may also hold relevant materials.

He said companies that do business with the federal government should be encouraged to share information about any reverse-engineering work involving non-human technology. Chris Mellon, former deputy assistant secretary of defense for intelligence, said at a public event that the strongest evidence remains classified by the Air Force, CIA, and Department of Energy.

Neither Lockheed Martin nor Northrop Grumman responded to requests for comment.
