Amazfit Launches Balance 3 and Balance Ultra Smartwatches with New Hybrid Training Metrics
Amazfit announced two new watches aimed at hybrid athletes. The Balance 3 and Balance Ultra combine training and recovery metrics in a single HybridCharge score.
ForbesAmazfit announced the Balance 3 and Balance Ultra watches, both built around a Hybrid Training System that merges training and recovery data into one score. The watches display BioCharge, LifeLoad and Training Load metrics in the Zepp companion app. Those three values combine into a HybridCharge reading that the company says gives users clearer direction on daily choices.
Amazfit signed a three-year partnership with Hyrox earlier in 2026 and is positioning the new models for athletes who train across multiple disciplines. 5-inch AMOLED screens rated at 3,000-nit peak brightness and 64 GB of storage that supports offline maps.
The Balance Ultra features a thicker case to accommodate a larger battery rated for up to 30 days of use, while the Balance 3 is rated for up to 21 days.
The Balance Ultra ships with a titanium bezel as standard, an extra physical button on the left side, and a second strap in the box. The Balance 3 comes with a stainless-steel bezel; a titanium version is available for an additional charge. 99 for the Balance Ultra.
Shipments are scheduled for mid-June. From a design standpoint, the Balance series sits between the outdoor-focused T-Rex line and the running-oriented Cheetah series, offering a more urban-oriented all-rounder option within Amazfit’s range.
