Arcanus Aerial Systems Names FeralX as Canadian Contract Manufacturer for Drone Systems in Five-Year Deal

Under the agreement dated May 12, 2026 and effective immediately, FeralX will manufacture, assemble, test, and deliver components and assemblies according to approved purchase orders. All manufacturing will take place in Canada. FeralX's existing production facility just outside Toronto can support Arcanus's initial deliveries of interceptor drones.
The companies will work together to establish production facilities for larger drone platforms at a new dedicated facility as volumes scale. Arcanus committed to a strategic equity investment of C$1 million in FeralX, subject to closing. The investment is intended to align the two companies commercially and financially.
The agreement carries a five-year term with mutual options to extend. It provides for domestic Canadian production with mutual optionality to expand or reallocate capacity as combined volumes grow.
