Benzinga reported that the purchases occurred after Nvidia and MediaTek unveiled the RTX Spark Superchip at Computex 2026. The RTX Spark Superchip is a Grace-Blackwell processor that pairs a 20-core Arm CPU with up to 128GB of unified memory. The product is aimed at the x86 market segment that AMD has shared with Intel.
Separately, AMD’s lead independent director Nora Denzel sold 10,447 shares of AMD across May 29 and June 2. 45 million.
