Armenians Vote in Parliamentary Election to Choose Between Deeper EU Ties or Restored Russia Relations

Armenians went to the polls Sunday in a parliamentary election that will determine whether the country deepens ties with Europe or restores relations with Russia. The vote marks the first national election since Armenia lost control of Nagorno-Karabakh, a development that triggered the departure of more than 100,000 people.
