Brewers place left-hander on injured list, designate right-hander for assignment
The Milwaukee Brewers placed left-hander DL Hall on the 15-day injured list with a left pectoral strain and designated right-hander Jake Woodford for assignment ahead of a six-game road trip. The team recalled two pitchers from Triple-A Nashville before Friday's game in Denver.

He is 0-1 with a 6.94 ERA in 16 appearances.

He holds a 1.14 ERA over 110 career minor-league games but had a 7.27 ERA in eight games with the Brewers last year. Fitzpatrick recorded a 1.59 ERA in four games with the Brewers earlier this season and is 3-1 with a 1.13 ERA in 15 games at Nashville.
