"Everybody feels that spirit and that pride that we've been missing, and we didn't realize how much we've been missing it, and we've been missing it because of the divisiveness," the governor said. He added that some people "are unworthy of their positions" and pointed to the library as an example of leadership that matched the standards set by the nation's founders.
