Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura stated in a May 1 declaration that she resides outside the United States and does not intend to move back. The filing was submitted in connection with a lawsuit filed last June by male escort Clayton Howard, who is seeking $35 million and alleges that Ventura and Sean “Diddy” Combs were involved in sex trafficking and manipulated and exploited him.

Ventura denied Howard’s claims that she was an active participant in the alleged crimes.

U.S. citizen but is not a resident of California. It remains unclear when she and her family relocated or where they now live. Ventura, 39, shares daughters Frankie, 6, and Sunny, 5, and a son, 1, with husband Alex Fine, 33.

The couple married in 2019. ” Ventura testified over four days last May in Combs’ sex trafficking and racketeering trial while heavily pregnant. She stated during testimony that Combs physically and sexually abused her throughout their relationship from 2007 to 2018, and she alleged that he forced a male escort to urinate in her mouth.

She also said, “I don’t hate him. ” Combs, 56, was convicted of two counts of prostitution and sentenced to four years and two months in prison. He is scheduled for release in April 2028. Ventura gave birth to her third child with Fine two weeks after completing her testimony.

The source told Us Weekly that Ventura continues to receive therapy and works through trauma daily, adding that she credits Fine with supporting her through the process.
